Our Policies

• Shipping    Green Beans ships within the continental United States only.  In stock orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours. 
• Returns   We are happy to accept returns within 30 days.   Any items returned thereafter are eligible for store credit or exchange only.  Please notify us of any returns before shipping.  Our cloth diapers and organic clothing must be returned in unused/unwashed condition.  We are not responsible for return postage except in the event of defective merchandise.  Exchanges may incur a mailing charge to reship your package to you.  When returning items please request a "Proof of Postage" certificate from the shipper.  We cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipment.
• Privacy   We will never share any of your information.  Any personal information collected on our site is used only to complete your transactions or to provide you a requested service such as our monthly newsletter.   We never share, rent or sell our customer lists.   To ensure that your information is protected we have put in place the appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures.  Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to providing you with a safe and secure shopping experience.
• Sales Tax  All orders placed in Maryland are subject to a 6% sales tax.
